Good bread is one of those things that really pins life to a corkboard and lets you take a step back to appreciate it a little bit more, maybe connect it to other things of note such as staying up late playing video games, or hanging out with your friends after a tough day. Other small pleasures that keep life ticking over include but are not limited to: hot showers on cold mornings, a cool breeze on a warm day, finding a chocolate bar in your pocket you forgot you had, a phone that doesn't die when it drops below 40% battery, etc..
